Introducing Sheppard LLC
After years of thinking about it, I’ve officially launched Sheppard LLC.
Twenty years in software and data. Two incredible companies — C.H. Robinson and Infinite Campus — where I built teams, shipped ML products that served millions of users, and learned what it actually takes to turn technology into business value.
A lot of people in my network encouraged me to take this step. Some pushed directly. Some just modeled what was possible. Adam Johnson, A.J. Geddes, Mike Halagan — and many others who know who they are — thank you.
I’m focused on AI and leadership advising for organizations that are serious about what comes next. I’ll share more about the work this week.
